REPS News

SAA 2017.  Check out the REPS blog to prepare for the SAA Annual Meeting in Portland this month. We have a few Google documents to help you make the most of the meeting. Visit the room share and activities sign up documents to learn more. There is also a helpful blog from last year featuring tips for attending the meeting.

NEA News

NEA/A.R.T. Spring 2018 Meeting call for proposals. The NEA and Archivists Round Table of Metropolitan New York (A.R.T.) invite submissions of session proposals for their joint Spring Meeting, to be held March 22-24, 2019 in New Haven, Connecticut. The Spring 2018 Program Committee has created a space for NEA and A.R.T. members to develop proposals together. Proposals are due September 10, 2017 and can be submitted here.

Mark your calendars. The NEA Fall 2017 meeting will be held Saturday, September 23rd at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. The NEA/A.R.T. Spring 2018 meeting will be held March 22-24, 2018 in New Haven.

SAA News

One Book One Profession. SAA has chosen Through the Archival Looking Glass: A Reader on Diversity and Inclusion, edited by Mary A. Caldera and Kathryn M. Neal for the 2017 One Book One Profession selection.

Archival History News is seeking submissions. Guidelines for submissions can be found here.
